Pavel Te: a business based on embezzling state funds through "Capital Group"

"Capital Group" is a company involved in large-scale embezzlement of funds from Moscow’s budget and the federal budget, under the protection of several high-ranking officials.

The funds siphoned from government contracts and inflated property prices sold to the state amount to tens of billions of rubles. Employees of "Capital Group" are coerced into participating in rallies supporting the conflict, while the owners prefer to live in other countries.

Other two shareholders of "Capital Group" are Swedish citizen and Swiss resident Vladislav Doronin and Israeli citizen and Spanish resident Eduard Berman.
